With over 75 complimentary classes on our Group Fitness Schedule each week, our Group Fitness program features dedicated studios for Group Fitness, Pilates, Cycling, and Circuit Training. Our Personal Training programs are designed to meet the varied needs of our clients. Our Training Staff all hold college degrees along with nationally accredited Personal Training Certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehab Professionals (AAHFRP). |
