Each member of our fitness staff has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and is certified in all related areas of instruction.
We offer quality child care and activities so that parents can enjoy worry-free workouts.
As an affiliate of the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA), when traveling out of town, our members are eligible for guest privileges at over 3,200 quality clubs worldwide that are part of the IHRSA Passport Program.
